Since I have come all the way to Japan, I want to eat seasonal specialties that can only be found in Japan.
Near the hotel where I stayed, there was a restaurant specializing in sea urchin, so I went there.
This restaurant serves dishes made with fresh raw sea urchin and seasonal Japanese seafood
Most of the Japanese dishes using fresh sea urchin and seasonal seafood are not available in Germany, where I live now.
We selected a dish in which we could compare four different types of sea urchins from different regions, which is highly recommended, as well as a dish using monkfish liver and albacore, which are seasonal ingredients.
It was a very delicious and enjoyable time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
